Golden Tofu Rolls with Fresh Meat and Yuzi

Soak the tofu skin in cold water for about 8 minutes in advance

Tips:
1. It is better to use a smaller pot for fried tofu, which can save oil consumption;
2. The soaking time of tofu skin should not be too long, just 7 or 8 minutes;
3. The sauce can also be changed to your favorite taste;
4. The skin on both ends of the fried tofu roll will be a bit thicker, so I cut it off to make it more beautiful;
5. If you can't buy tofu skin, you can also replace it with spring roll skin.
