Granny Pie
1.
Add 3 grams of yeast and one spoon of sugar to half a bowl of rice wine, then add warm water to make a paste.
2.
Add appropriate amount of flour to the yeast paste and ferment to double its size, then knead it like a bowl of flour to form a soft dough. The texture of the dough should be soft, not hard, the softer the better.
3.
Choose the fat or lean pork, first chop it into small cubes and then chop it.
4.
Cut green onion into flowers, cut ginger into small pieces, chop leeks, and chop vermicelli (forgot to mention, grab a handful in advance and soak in warm water).
5.
Add minced pork belly, half a bowl of heated lard, three spoons of pepper, three spoons of star anise powder, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of soy sauce, one spoon of thirteen spices, and half a bowl of rapeseed oil.
6.
Turn on the electric baking pan and pour the soybean oil covering the bottom of the pan. Other salad oils are also fine.
7.
Prepare a basin of water, dip both hands in water, take a handful of dough, add appropriate amount of filling, close the mouth, and press into a round cake in the palm of your hand.
8.
You can fry two or three in one pan, don't forget to turn it over halfway, and you can eat it after baking until golden on both sides.
Tips:
Let the fillings stand overnight and then make the pie, the taste will be better.
