Green Pepper and Potato Shredded Pancakes

Wash the green peppers to remove the pepper seeds, shred

Tips:
My cakes are made by myself, and they are relatively dry after being left for two days, so I added some water a little while frying, depending on the situation. The cakes made with too much water are too wet and not delicious.
