Green Pepper Potato Chips

Wash the green peppers and red peppers, break them into pieces and set aside.

Peel the potatoes, wash them, slice them, and soak them in cold water for 5 to 10 minutes to soak out the starch to avoid sticking to the pot during cooking.

Remove the potato chips to control the moisture.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok, saute the five-spice powder and chopped green onion, add the potato slices and stir-fry until the potato slices become soft.

Add green and red peppers and stir fry.

Stir-fry until the green pepper changes color.
7.
Add salt and light soy sauce to taste, and thicken the soup with the water soaking the bottom of the potato chips.
8.
Take out the pan and serve.
