Green Pepper Potato Chips

Cut potatoes into slices for later use, green peppers into pieces for later use, and carrots into slices for later use.

Put vegetable oil in the wok and heat to 7 minutes, add potato slices and stir fry. When both sides are browned, add carrots and stir fry. Add salt and a little water, stir fry, and finally add garlic and MSG, stir fry and serve.

This dish is really delicious with rice!
