【green Pepper Squid Ring】

Ingredients: squid, 4 green peppers, 2 ginger, 2 scallions, seasoning: salt, 3 grams, MSG, 3 grams, steamed fish drum oil, 1 tablespoon, half cooking wine, 1 tablespoon, mixed oil, and half tablespoon

Wash the green pepper and cut diagonally into small sections, kill the squid, wash and cut into circles

Wash the chives and ginger, cut them well and set aside (I didn’t have them at home, I just bought it and used it)

When the water is heated to 60 to 70 degrees, pour it into the squid ring and blanch it for later use.

Place a pot on the heat and pour half a tablespoon of the blended oil. When the oil temperature reaches more than 40 degrees, add the chopped ginger and chives until fragrant.

Pour in the cut green pepper and fry until the color changes

Pour in the squid rings and stir fry evenly,

Pour in 1 tablespoon and a half of cooking wine and stir fry a few times,

Pour in 1 tablespoon of steamed fish drum oil and stir fry a few times

Pour in 3 grams of salt and 3 grams of MSG and stir fry until it tastes.

*You can leave it without chives and ginger, mainly for the fishy taste and aroma,
*The squid rings must be blanched, and the water won't come out when they are fried
