Griddle Potato Chips

Slice potatoes and cut pork into pieces;

Heat oil in a pan, add pork pieces and stir fry to get the oil;
3.
Add garlic slices, ginger slices and dried chili and stir fry until fragrant, add tempeh and fry until fragrant;
4.
Add potato chips and fry until cooked;
5.
Add salt and soy sauce and saute until fragrant.
Tips:
1. For pigs, it is best to use fatter pork.
