Today I was lazy and didn't want to cook them one dish after another, so I made a dry pot with potatoes. They also like to eat, appetizer and eat, while cooking and fragrant smelling the house.

Griddle Potato Chips

1. Wash potatoes and carrots and cut into 1 cm thick slices

8. Add green garlic white and green pepper cubes, stir fry evenly

9. Pour in potato chips and green garlic leaves and stir-fry evenly

10. Add pepper and chicken powder and stir fry evenly

11. Pour the onion and fry until the onion is broken

12. Pour in the light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly

Tips:

Cut the potatoes 1 cm thick, too thin and easy to break, and the taste is not good. Try to use a container that can be heated after being out of the pan, so that it will be more delicious to eat while being heated.
