Grilled Beef Brisket with Peach

Prepare sirloin and peaches

1. The sirloin should be simmered until tender, and then cooked with the peaches;
2. Because this dish is cooked with peaches, it is best to use green plum wine or fruit wine. If there is no fruit wine, then use cooking wine;
3. Fruits are used for cooking. Fruits are adapted and put in at the end. Fruits should not be cooked for a long time.
