Grilled Beef Steak As A Gift Exchange

Wash the beef, put marinade on both sides, wrap it in a plastic bag, and marinate for 10 hours. The marinade includes a spoon each of red wine, soy sauce, salt, 2 spoons of ketchup, a little jam, a little allspice, a sliced garlic, and a little minced ginger.

Put the marinated steak in the oven and bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes, then add a little cheese and tomatoes and continue to bake for 10 minutes.

Stir-fry a plate of side dishes. Wash one red, one green chili and half an onion, wash and cut into pieces, soak 3 shiitake mushrooms and then shred them, and blanch one celery and chop finely. Heat the pan, add a little butter, stir-fry green vegetables, add a little salt and pepper noodles, stir-fry and serve.

Tips:
It’s the first time I’m grilling a beef steak. I’m not psychologically bottomed. I always look at the fire in the oven. My oven is too cold and it’s hard to cook.
