Grilled Chicken Chop with Orange Sesame

Wash the chicken breast and use kitchen paper to absorb the moisture; it is best to have meat pounder, if not, put a layer of plastic wrap on the cutting board, put the chicken breast, cover the plastic wrap, and beat it with a rolling pin until the meat becomes thin (I Is about 1 cm);

Mix all the marinades, put in the chicken, knead a few times with your hands, so that the marinade can be evenly spread on the chicken, cover with plastic wrap (or lid), and marinate overnight;

Put the sesame seeds in the pot, and fry them on medium heat until golden color

Bread crumbs and melted butter to mix well

Put it in a pot and stir-fry on medium heat until golden color (so fragrant!)

Mix the sesame seeds and breadcrumbs, cool thoroughly, add an orange zest, and stir well;

Take three plates, put cornstarch, egg liquid (add a little salt), bread crumbs and sesame seeds respectively; take the marinated chicken chops and dip them in cornstarch first

Shake off the excess cornstarch from the meat and dip it in the egg liquid

Finally, wrap it with breadcrumbs and sesame seeds;

Spread tin foil on the baking tray, put on the grill, and brush a layer of butter on the grill

Cut a few slices of oranges and dip them in the remaining marinade

Place the oranges and chicken chops on the grill, preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit), and bake for 20 minutes.
Tips:
1. When eating, orange slices can be enjoyed with chicken chops.
