Nutritious chicken drumsticks and vegetarian sausage are a good combination, high-protein and low-fat food, soft and tender, and good for braising dishes.

Grilled Chicken Drumsticks

1. Wash the ingredients and set aside

2. Chicken legs in a pot under cold water, add pepper, rice wine and some ginger slices and cook for 5 minutes

3. Thick slices of vegetarian sausage, smashed garlic, sliced ginger, minced green onion

4. Remove the chicken drumsticks and rinse with cold water

5. Stir fragrant ginger and garlic in hot oil pan

6. Add chicken thighs and vegetarian intestines

7. Add boiling water, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rock sugar, salt, mix well, cover and cook for 20 minutes to taste

8. Increase the heat, and when the soup thickens, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve

Tips:

Use rock sugar soup to make it thicker and more fragrant. Don’t make a big fire during cooking, otherwise it will burn.
