Grilled Chicken Drumsticks

Wash the ingredients and set aside

Chicken legs in a pot under cold water, add pepper, rice wine and some ginger slices and cook for 5 minutes

Thick slices of vegetarian sausage, smashed garlic, sliced ginger, minced green onion

Remove the chicken drumsticks and rinse with cold water

Stir fragrant ginger and garlic in hot oil pan

Add chicken thighs and vegetarian intestines

Tips:
Use rock sugar soup to make it thicker and more fragrant. Don’t make a big fire during cooking, otherwise it will burn.
