Grilled Eggplant Strips with Sauce

Peel the eggplant and cut into strips.

Deep-fried in 70% hot oil~! Don't fry it too burnt, just cook it.

Add green onion and garlic to sauté pan, add soy sauce and stir-fry.

Add soup and add eggplant. Add salt, monosodium glutamate and soy sauce, cook and thicken.

I use this kind of sauce, and soy sauce sold in supermarkets can also be used.
