Grilled Eggplant with Minced Meat

Prepare ingredients, mince garlic, minced pork, mix with oily soy sauce, salt sugar and cornstarch, mix well and marinate for a while, shred the green onion, and chop coriander.

Wash the eggplant and wipe dry with water, put it on the grill and put it in the oven at 220°C for 30 minutes
