Grilled Oyster Mushrooms with Tofu Sauce

Wash oyster mushrooms, pork, and cut tofu into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pan, add pork slices and fry (a little fat, and some oil will come out).

Add tofu slices and fry.

Fry until golden on all sides.

Put the tofu and pork aside, add oyster mushrooms and stir fry.

Stir-fry oyster mushrooms until soft, add half a tablespoon of salt and appropriate amount of soy sauce, add water to slightly drown the ingredients, cover and cook.
7.
When the water is low, add the chopped green onion and leave the pan.
