I have made this dish many times, and both my daughter and I like it very much. I think it’s nutritious, and it won’t make it hot. It tastes good. Everyone can adjust the taste according to their own taste. "

Grilled Sea Bass

1. Marinate the sea bass with a little rice wine, salt, sugar, soy sauce, ginger, and green onions for 10 to 30 minutes.

2. Mince ginger, green onion, garlic, red pepper into small circles, and onion into thin strips.

3. Use rice wine, a little salt, oyster sauce, fresh vegetables, a little sugar, soy sauce, bean paste, and a little water to make a good juice for later use. Because there is a bit of black sesame powder at home, I also added some to it.

4. The fish is slightly fried, the skin is a bit torn, please ignore it.

5. Saute the chives, ginger, garlic and chili on a low heat, then add onions and saute until fragrant.

6. Put half of the sauteed green onion, ginger, garlic, etc. underneath.

7. Put the fish in the middle, then put the other half of green onion, ginger, garlic, and top with the sauce.

8. Wrap in tin foil, preheat the oven at 220 degrees for 5 minutes, then put it in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.

9. The fragrant fish is out.

Tips:

1. Fried fish is more fragrant and less fishy.

2. You can put more onion, ginger and garlic.
