A few days ago, I ate the wontons outside for a few days in the morning. I suddenly wanted to make some for myself at home on the weekend, and then I started to make it, hahaha!

Grilled Shrimp Wontons

1. First come the raw material map

2. Cut the green onion into about 1cm of green onion, and chop the ginger into mince

3. Prepare the appropriate amount of pepper water

4. Put the minced ginger into the meat first, stir evenly, let it stand for 5 minutes to remove the fishy smell.

5. Put the scallions in, grab evenly, and add proper amount of pepper water (depending on how much water you add, I like more water)

6. The filling is ready

7. Take the wonton wrapper (I bought the finished product in the market), spread it out, take an appropriate amount of stuffing, and put water on the edge of the wrapper. (Because the wonton wrapper is bought in the market, it is very dry, it won’t be wrapped if you don’t wipe it with water), cover it with another wrapper, and use a fork to press the pattern around

8. This is ready to be put in the oven, and a layer of oil should be applied to the tin foil, and a layer of oil should be applied to the finished chaos. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes.

9. After baking for 5 minutes, take out the baking tray, brush a layer of egg mixture on it (to make it look better), and bake for another 5 minutes.

10. The finished copy, haha, can’t wait to eat one.
