Grilled Wings

Two chicken wings

I cut it. It became four.

Cut a few knives on it for a good taste.

Pour in oyster sauce, cooking wine, light soy sauce, black pepper powder, chili powder, salt and pepper powder, minced ginger and garlic, and appropriate amount of salt. Wipe it out!

I sealed it with plastic wrap and marinated for more than 1 hour.

Preheat the oven for 10 minutes. Put it in and bake at 200° for 20 minutes. Then turn it over and bake for 10 minutes
Tips:
It can be marinated on the same day and roasted the next day to make it more delicious. I have marinated it for a day in advance.
