Grilled Yellow Croaker

Wash the fish and make a few strokes on the fish. Sprinkle salt and cooking wine with ginger and marinate for ten minutes.

Green onion, ginger and garlic, shredded and set aside

Saute a small amount of bean paste and ginger garlic chili in a hot oil pan until fragrant.

Put the fish in, pour the juice on the fish, slowly turn over and sprinkle some chopped green onions

Cover the lid and let it simmer for a while before it comes out of the pot. Finally, sprinkle some chopped green onions on it.
