Gumbo and Konjac Shredded Salad
1.
Okra, wash. Choose okra as short as possible, with white fluff on the surface! Mine is a bit too big and slightly old.
2.
Wash the konjac silk with clean water.
3.
Boil the okra over water, about 3 minutes!
4.
Remove the okra, put it in cold water, cut into hob pieces, and serve on a plate.
5.
Add konjac shreds.
6.
Add chopped green onion, minced garlic, thirteen flavors of salt chicken essence, soy sauce, vinegar, Chinese pepper oil, chili oil, sugar, and a small amount of sesame seeds.
7.
Boil the oil in the pot, and add the hot oil to the sauce.
8.
Stir the sauce evenly and pour it into a bowl with okra.
9.
Just stir evenly.
Tips:
If you don't like so many seasonings, you can simplify it and add chopped green onion, soy sauce vinegar, dried chili, and some salt. Just add oil.
