Guoqiao Tofu

Cut the tofu into 2cm*5cm*0.5cm pieces. Then add oil in the pan, and fry the oil to make both sides golden

Place the fried tofu on a plate. Dice the soaked fungus and shred the ginger. Shred pepper, dice garlic, and shred green onion. Pour vegetable oil into the sauce pot, 80% heat, add shredded green onion, diced fungus, shredded ginger, shredded chili, and diced garlic, add appropriate amount of soy sauce, salt, monosodium glutamate, light soy sauce, cooking wine and stir fry for a deep flavor.
