Hakka Stuffed Tofu

Cut the tofu as shown in the picture, soak the mushrooms and cuttlefish, and chop them together with the pork. Add some chicken bouillon, light soy sauce, and stir well with salt.

Squeeze the meat into the tofu.

The tofu is fried into golden brown.

Put in the right amount of water, which is less than the tofu thread. Transfer to a casserole and boil for 10 minutes. You can add coriander and chives as you like. You can eat it.
Tips:
If you don’t have a casserole, you need to add water to boil it after frying.
