Ham and Black Fish Soup

Wash the black fish.

Saute the ginger in a frying pan and fry the black fish.
3.
Add wine and ham and boil until the soup is white.
4.
Add the soaked shiitake mushrooms, wood ears, red dates and boil, add salt, chicken essence, and pepper to taste, and finally sprinkle in the green onions.
