Ham Casserole Mixed Vegetables

Cut the ham into thin slices, cut the carrots into small pieces for later use, and soak the tofu skin in water.

Wash the kidney beans, remove the tendons, and break into two pieces. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into small pieces.

Wash the sweet bamboo shoots and cut into slices, wash the melons and cut into small pieces.

Except for the tofu skin, all the cut vegetables are cooked in a casserole.
