Handmade Miso Noodles

Peel potatoes and cut into small dices, wash carrots and celery and cut into small dices.

Mince the onion, ginger, and garlic separately.

Chop pork belly into small dices, but don't chop into mince.

Don't add oil in the wok, pour the diced meat and stir fry until the oil comes out, then serve first.

Put a small amount of oil in a separate pot. After the oil is hot, pour in the onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry to create a fragrance.

Add carrots and diced potatoes, stir fry, add two tablespoons of thirteen spices and stir-fry.

Add water until there are no vegetables, and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the minced meat that has been stir-fried before.

Add some light soy sauce or dark soy sauce.

Add the diced celery that was previously chopped and stir well.

Add table salt.

Add a small amount of chicken essence to taste, stir well and turn off the heat.

Boil water in a boiling pot. After the water is boiled, boil the rolled noodles. After boiling, add the washed yellow cabbage.

Add a small amount of cold water, boil it again and cook for another minute to get the noodles. Transfer them to a bowl, pour the fried mixed sauce, mix well and serve.
