Happy and Long-lasting Cold Fans

Prepare the required materials.

Chop the garlic cloves and put them in a bowl, add salt and mash them into a garlic paste.

Shred the carrots, put them in a large bowl, blanch them with boiling water, and then add the vermicelli. Hot for about 10 minutes, the fans can easily pinch off.

When the vermicelli is about to be blanched, add the chopped chives and coriander and rinse.

Control the moisture, and then use it to cool without rinsing once to control the moisture.
6.
Add garlic, sesame oil, chili oil, light soy sauce and balsamic vinegar and stir well.
Tips:
1. Fans shouldn’t be hot for too long, for too long it will not be vigorous.
