Haraba Meat Stewed Beans with Oil

Braised halaba meat with oily beans, remove the roots and tails of the oily beans, wash and control the moisture.

Prepare the halaba meat.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok, saute the five-spice powder and spring onion ginger, add the oiled beans and stir-fry until the beans are soft and completely green.

Add in the old soup cooked with halaba and a part of the deboned meat. Bring to a boil and stew on a low heat. In fact, it is very fragrant without meat.

Collect the juice over the fire.

Add salt and light soy sauce to taste.
7.
Take out the pan and serve.
