Healthy Breakfast-wheat Ear Bump Soup

Put the flour in a large bowl, stir slowly with water, stir into wheat-shaped noodles and set aside.

Wash the tomatoes and cut into small pieces for later use.

Cut the green onion and fungus into flowers and pellets and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, sauté the chopped green onion and fungus, pour in the fresh soup, add salt, light soy sauce, five-spice powder, monosodium glutamate, and diced tomatoes.
