4. After the pan is heated, add 5 ml of oil, gradually add the ginger, chili (you don’t like it) and the green onions, stir fry

6. After the water is boiled, you can put the fried fish in and boil it, keep on the fire, about three minutes, the soup is almost closed, put the garlic in, boil it for another minute, and then put the garlic seedlings in.

Tips:

This dish is wrapped in flour so that it won’t get oily when frying, and the boiled fish is especially fragrant and the amount of water should cover the fish. If it is too small, there will be no juice in the end, because the flour is coated. Fish drink water better
