Home-cooked Eggplant

Prepare 2 eggplants, wash and slice.

Put the eggplant into the basin and add half a spoon of salt (allow the salt to break out the moisture in the eggplant for quick taste), and marinate in the basin for 10 minutes.

Prepare 3 double peppers, wash and shred.

Prepare chopped green onion, ginger and garlic cloves.
