Home-cooked Fried Noodles

1. Prepare the ingredients, shred pork, cabbage, and celery, cut leek and green garlic into sections

2. Let the noodles boil in water for 6 mature, remove and drain

3. Heat the pan with cold oil, add the pork shreds and fry until golden brown

4. Add the shredded cabbage and fry the celery together

5. After frying for about two minutes, add salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and pepper and stir well

6. Add the cooked noodles and stir-fry together

7. Add the garlic leaves and fry the leeks together until the leaves are too green to serve

Tips:

1. Cook the noodles until 6 is mature, so that the fried noodles are chewy
2. Add vegetables as you like
