Home-cooked Fried Noodles

Wash bean sprouts and control water.

Boil the noodles in boiling water for 3-4 minutes and remove the cold water to control dryness

Separate the lean and fat pork into shreds, wash and shred the shiitake mushrooms, cut the ham into sections, and cut the scallion into sections for later use.
