The carp is cleaned, and the fish is sliced a few dollars

Cut green onion, ginger, and garlic into sections

Add onion, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, cooking wine, sugar

Add appropriate amount of water and salt, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes
