Home-style Stewed Small Yellow Croaker

Main ingredients: yellow croaker, green onion, ginger and garlic.

Wash the small yellow croaker, be sure to remove the scalp and wash the mucus in the skull.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion, ginger, garlic.

Put in small yellow croaker.

Cook into vinegar and cooking wine.

Tips:
