Home-style Stir-fry---[carrots, Green Peppers and Cabbage Slices]

Green peppers, cabbage, carrots (missed), green onions.

Cabbage slices.

Green pepper slices.

Boil water in a pot, add cabbage slices, and blanch until broken.
