Add the flour and appropriate water to soften the dough and wake up for 10-20 minutes. It's okay to knead the dough as hard as possible, not too soft. After waking up, add proper water and start washing the dough.

Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Brush the stainless steel plate used to make the cold skin. It does not need to be too much oil. The settled flour must be mixed evenly. Use a spoon to scoop it into your cold skin container, fill the cold skin container with the flour precipitation liquid and rotate it into the boiling hot water, cover the pot and steam for three minutes until the skin swells. The spinning movement can be understood but not spoken. Practice this on your own, safety first!
