Homemade Cold Skin

Knead an appropriate amount of flour into a slightly firm dough

Prepare a large clean basin and prepare to wash the dough. Knead the dough continuously in the water until the dough becomes gluten as shown in the figure.

Let the washed starch water stand for more than two hours, and you will find that the starch is completely deposited on the bottom layer, with a layer of clear water on top. Gently lift the basin and pour off the top layer of clear water. The rest is a white paste that can be used for cold skin. Matter, stir well.

Brush a layer of oil on the bottom of the baking tray, and scoop a spoonful of starch paste into the baking tray

Boil the water in the pot, put a steaming rack, and put the baking tray directly on the steaming rack. Cover the pot.

Steam for about 2-3 minutes, and the white is completely transparent, indicating that it has condensed. Put the whole baking dish in the pre-prepared water, gently pick up a corner, and the whole piece of cold skin will come down.
