Homemade Dried Pork--reflection
1.
Chop the pork into minced meat, add seasonings except honey, stir in one direction, and marinate in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. ps: This step is similar to the recipes on the Internet. I add less salt, and the taste is too salty. I also added a few pinches of salt and pepper and cumin at will. Of course, because the added amount is too small, the finished product is almost tasted. If it doesn't come out...
2.
Roll the meat, because I didn't shoot it, I used the picture above instead. Put the meat on greased paper, wrap the rolling pin with plastic wrap (easy to wash), and roll it out evenly and thinly. Then brush a layer of honey water on the surface. I would like to pay attention: 1. If you have as much pork as mine, please bake it in 2 or 3 times. Mine is a 32L oven. So much meat can only be rolled into a thickness of about 4mm when placed in a baking tray. Don’t you think it’s not thick? No no no! The finished product is 3mm thick... It seems to be eating thin meatballs? 2. It’s really a layer of honey water. I’m too lazy to wash the brush. I mix honey with water 1:1 to make honey water. Dip and wipe it with my hands. I feel that "come a little bit, a little bit more 🤤" and the finished product is water. Too much, wet. So I think that the honey water can be thicker when it is mixed, just a layer with a brush is enough!
3.
Go into the oven, you bake it. Preheat in advance, heat up and down at 160 degrees and ventilate, 10 minutes. ps: Because my meat is a bit thick and a bit too much, (if you are a novice, you are very likely to be similar to mine! Don't think I am too stupid), I think it can be 190-200 degrees, 15 minutes.
4.
After the first roast, take it out, pour out the juice, turn it over, brush with honey, put it in and continue roasting (second roast). 160 degrees for 10 minutes. ps: I think the temperature and time are still not enough, because the meat patties from the first roast and the second roast are light in color and wet...Don't be greedy to brush too much with the honey water.
5.
After the second roast, take it out and turn it over, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and just brush it with honey water. It seems that I brushed too much. This time I felt that the meat was not grilled well enough, and finally I adjusted the temperature from 160 degrees to 190, and the time became 20 minutes. Look at my almost burnt... Actually, it's not burnt. It is black sesame seeds (at home) No white sesame). The last time I was so anxious to heat it up to this level, so it should be 190 degrees for 15 minutes for one roast and two roasts for 15 minutes, and 160-190 degrees for three roasts for 5-10 minutes. Watch it for the third roast to avoid burns. I think it’s almost time to turn off the oven at any time. I hope you succeed. Don't make the pork breasts that are wet and thick like I made, where is the snack like! 😭
