Homemade Fresh Fragrant Twice-cooked Pork

Wash the beauty pepper garlic sprouts and carrots

Cut carrot slices, garlic sprouts, slices of beauty pepper, and cut oblique pieces.

While cutting the vegetables, put the clean and shaved pork in the water and cook half-cooked.

Washed ginger, shredded and reserved

Mix the bean paste and dark soy sauce in a small bowl and set aside

Cut the meat into thin slices

Put the meat in the pan and stir fry
