Homemade Jelly
1.
200 grams of pea flour, put it in a clean soup pot
2.
Add a bowl of water to the pea flour, stir with chopsticks to melt the flour completely
3.
Put a large scoop of water in the wok, wait for the water to boil, slowly pour the stirred pea flour into the pan with your left hand, and keep stirring with the spatula with your right hand, otherwise it will become battered.
4.
Turn on low heat and stir for 3/4 minutes to form a paste and turn off the heat. Pour the stirred jelly into a basin and let it sit for a few hours
5.
After a few hours, wait for the stirred jelly to turn white, and when there is no heat with your hands, put the pot upside down on the cutting board, and the white and tender jelly comes out
6.
Use a knife to cut the jelly into long strips and put it on the plate. Use a bowl to mix the chili oil, pepper powder, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, and minced garlic. Pour it on the jelly and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
