Homemade Lentils

Main and auxiliary materials: washed lentils, clean skin, green onion and ginger

Heat oil, sauté scallions and ginger
3.
Add the pork skin and stir-fry, cook into the cooking wine
4.
Add some light soy sauce
5.
Stir-fry on low heat until the skin is colored
6.
Add appropriate amount of water and cook for 5 minutes
7.
Put in lentils
8.
After cooking for 5 minutes, add salt and MSG to taste
9.
Stir-fry evenly before serving
Tips:
1. Pork belly can also be used instead of skin.
2. Lentils must be cooked thoroughly before they can be eaten.
