Homemade Mapo Tofu

Cut the tofu into small cubes.

After the water is boiled, pour in the tofu, boil it for a minute or two, then turn off the heat and remove it for use. The boiled tofu has no beany taste and is not easy to break.

Choose pork belly, more fatty meat is more fragrant, a small piece is fine, add a little salt and chop into minced pork.

Cut the ginger and garlic and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic, and bean paste to fry until fragrant.

Then pour in the minced meat and sauté until fragrant, add cooking wine, dark soy sauce, and boil with a little water.

Add cooked tofu.

Sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper powder, a few drops of red oil, and cook until the tofu is colored.

Put it out of the pot and sprinkle with raw green onions.
