Homemade Meatloaf

Cover the kneaded dough with plastic wrap and relax for 30 minutes.

Make minced meat. Pour the pork filling, cooking wine, sugar, salt and other seasonings (except the chopped green onions) into a large bowl, and quickly beat in one direction with chopsticks until the meat is sticky.

Finally, add chopped green onions, stir well and serve as minced meat.

Apply a layer of vegetable oil on the chopping board to prevent sticking. Put the loose dough on the chopping board and roll it out into a large round dough piece.

Spread the minced meat on the dough as shown in the picture, leaving 1/4 of the minced meat to not be spread.

Cut a knife at the position shown in the picture on the dough.

Pick up the noodles from the position of the knife and fold them on top of the meat. Squeeze the side to death.

1. Whether it is making pancakes, pies or hand-cooked cakes, there is a basic requirement that must be paid attention to, that is: the noodles should be soft. Only soft dough is suitable for making pie, and the taste will be good. When kneading the dough, add a little bit of water according to the actual situation until you knead a very soft dough. Different flours have different water absorption properties. The amount of water in the formula is for reference only and needs to be adjusted flexibly.
2. Minced meat should be selected for the best taste. Filling made of pure lean meat will be too chaotic. If there is too much fat, it will be greasy and the calories will be too high.
3. I have always felt that the electric baking pan is the best tool for making all kinds of pie pancakes (of course, the household appliance baking pan was invented for pancakes).
