Homemade Noodles
1.
Prepare the ingredients
2.
Mix peanut butter, light soy sauce, spicy chili seeds, sesame oil, and a little pure water, and use it as a sauce. If you like the hot and sour taste, you can add some balsamic vinegar, which is also delicious. Sesame oil must be put in, not only fragrant, but also makes the noodles smoother. This time I used Arowana pure fragrant sesame oil, which has a pure fragrance and a long taste.
3.
Cut cabbage, cucumber, and carrot into shreds and set aside.
4.
Put the water in the pot and boil on high heat, then disperse the dried noodles into the boiling water, stir it from time to time, add some cold water in the middle, be careful not to overflow the pot, and cook until the noodles have no white core. This time I used arowana active fermented hollow noodles. Because they are hollow, they are easy to cook, so they are usually cooked on high fire for five or six minutes.
5.
Remove the noodles and put them in a large bowl filled with cold purified water in advance.
6.
Prepare a large bowl, spread a layer of cabbage, put the noodles taken from the cold water, and then put the cucumber and carrots on top. Finally, top with the sauce and mix well.
