Homemade Pancake Box
1.
Wash the leeks to remove the roots and cut into small pieces
2.
Put the eggs in a frying pan, fry them over low heat, and shovel them to pieces
3.
Put the chopped leeks into the egg pan, add salt, MSG, and thirteen incense, mix well, add sesame oil and small shrimps according to personal taste (I didn't add it)
4.
Prepare five pancakes
5.
Unfold the pancake and cut it from the middle. If the pancake is too dry, use a watering can to spray a little less water and make the surface wet.
6.
Take half of the pancake and fold it into a strip with the round side facing inward. Fold the extra parts on both sides to make the pancake into a rectangular shape. Then fold out a triangle with one corner facing up, and then fold it to the left according to the triangle. Press once to form a triangle mark and unfold the pancake , Put the leeks into the second triangle, and then refold the pancakes at a time
7.
The folded pancake box is shown in the figure
8.
Brush the pan with a thin layer of oil, and put the folded pancake box into the pan
9.
After the surface is fried yellow, turn it over and continue to fry. If both sides are fried yellow, it will be out of the pan.
10.
Pancake box, save time and effort, simple and easy to operate, with porridge, a good companion for breakfast:)
Tips:
1. After preparing the pancakes, put salt in the fillings. The salt is easy to let the leeks go into the water, and too much soup will be produced if it is put early.
2. Folding out the pancake first is helpful to put the fillings on the back and then fold it, otherwise it will be easy to lose shape.
