Homemade Pork Floss

Wash the meat and cut into pieces

Put it into the pot when the water is cold, remove the foam from the meat after the water is boiled, and remove the meat.

Put the meat in a pressure cooker, add green onions and ginger, and stew.

Fully crush the meat. It is best to put it in a fresh-keeping bag and crush it with a rolling stick. The fresh-keeping bag in my house just ran out, so I tragically crushed it with a small spatula of steamed rice. It was very laborious.

Put salt, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, white sugar, oil in the meat, put it in the bread machine, and turn on the jam function.

My machine is 1 hour and 5 minutes, I stopped 25 minutes early, put black sesame seeds in, and continued to select the jam function. After baking for about 15 minutes, I turned off

Stir well and spread out and let cool.
Tips:
The crushing step should be as small as possible, so that the floss will be more delicate.
If you like spicy taste, you can add chili, or any other taste, all you can.
