Homemade Pork Loin Skewers

One piece of plum meat, buy back, wash and dry the water, freeze for two hours to shape, and cut diagonally into slices.

Put it into a container for pickling, corn oil, salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, five-spice powder, and pepper. Pick whatever taste you like, just pickle it.

Marinate for 20 minutes, put on skewers, and put in the freezer.
