Homemade Potato Shreds

The potatoes are peeled and washed, the coriander is washed, and the sausage is ready.

Shred potatoes, soak in water for 20 minutes, shred sausage, and cut coriander into sections. Slice garlic.

Put the oil in the wok to heat up, add the garlic slices and stir fry for a nice aroma.

Add potato shreds and sausage shreds and stir fry. Add a little vinegar, salt, and a little soy sauce to taste.
