Su-style fresh meat mooncakes are my favorite, with crispy skin and delicious meat. The color is golden and the puff pastry has distinct layers. It is especially tempting. I really want to take a bite when I see the crispy look...

Homemade Su-style Fresh Meat Mooncakes

1. Mix the water and oily skin materials together and knead into a dough. The pastry ingredients are also mixed together and wrapped in plastic wrap to relax for 30 minutes

2. Stir in the fresh meat, roll it into small balls and set aside

3. Wrap the shortbread with water and oily skin and let it rest for 20 minutes

4. Roll it out and roll it up, relax for another 20 minutes

5. Roll up the small dough, fold it into a circle and wrap it in the meat

6. Slightly tidy, spread the egg mixture and sprinkle with black sesame seeds, preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes

7. Basically baked

8. Cooked. The smell of fresh meat is tangy, the fragrance of the room is full

Tips:

There should be no water in the basin when the ghee crust is live. After each kneading, wake up for 20 minutes. Otherwise, the finished product will not be sent. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Brush the egg yolk and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
