Hometown Fried Taro

Prepare the materials.

Peel the taro and cut it into thin and even slices, rinse off the surface starch in hot water, and remove the water control;

Shred onion; shred red pepper; shred garlic; shred ginger; shred green onion;

Pour oil in the pot, boil and fry the taro until slightly golden brown;

Remove the drain oil;
